These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Babella ("the App"), developed and operated by Lizaveta UN ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Babella, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Babella, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App's features, including AI analysis, growth charts, and milestone tracking, are reference tools based on WHO and AAP guidelines. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To use Babella, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Settings or by visiting our deletion page.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Babella (baby records, photos, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the App's features.
You agree not to enter false, misleading, or harmful information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Babella uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic Claude) to provide analysis and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
All content in Babella — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Lizaveta UN and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Babella currently offers free features. Future premium features may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Premium pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed before any purchase. All payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lizaveta UN shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (or $0 if the App was used for free).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
