Steady is a personal tool for recording and organizing diabetes-related information (such as glucose readings, meals, insulin and medications) and for setting reminders. It is provided for informational and self-management purposes only.
Steady is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, insulin or medication dosing, glucose prediction, or emergency alerts. It must not be relied upon for medical decisions. You remain solely responsible for your care, in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Steady schedules local reminders, but cannot guarantee they will always be delivered. Your device's battery optimization, operating system settings, "Do Not Disturb"/Focus modes, and manufacturer power management can delay or suppress notifications. Do not rely on reminders as a sole safeguard for time-critical health actions.
Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for creating and safekeeping backups. An encrypted backup is protected by a passphrase you choose and that we cannot recover; if you lose it, the backup cannot be opened.
You agree to use Steady only for lawful, personal purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for harmful purposes, or misuse the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
